Assessment and Preliminary Cost Estimate

For most new home construction projects undertaken by general contractors, we receive architectural plans or shop drawings that are scaled and ready to use. We then prepare a preliminary budget estimate based on allowances calculated per square foot to establish a realistic budget before the final selections are made.

We work with close to 50 contractors and remain open to new partnerships, as we focus on building long-term relationships.

Material Selection

Clients then come to our showroom and our sales team helps them select the materials they need. Our role is to help define the budget early in the process, while remaining flexible enough to offer alternatives that match the client’s vision and financial comfort level.
