Every successful project starts with meticulous planning. That’s why we take the time to carefully assess your needs, guiding you in selecting materials that fit your budget and style. We also estimate material quantities, making sure we factor in everything you need for your project. Our goal is to develop a realistic, comprehensive project plan from the very beginning.
Following our initial assessment, we require a 25% deposit to initiate the order and set aside the required items, including those currently in stock and those to be ordered.
We then collect technical information, take measurements and finalize the quote for approval. Once the quote is approved, we schedule the work and arrange for delivery.
For commercial and institutional projects, we rely on the drawings and technical specifications you provide us.
Our estimates are based on turnkey solutions, including materials, surface preparation, removal and disposal of existing surfaces (as needed), delivery and complete installation services, all within your timeline and budget.
